Faculty
We are looking for professors with a passion for teaching and mentorship who help students become independent learners.
We are looking for accomplished professors and researchers with a completed PhD and substantial experience, committed to preparing professionals with advanced technical mastery, rigorous computational thinking, and the capacity to produce relevant solutions for complex problems.
At ITEC, teaching takes place in a residential format, with continuous tutoring, individualized attention, and one professor for every ten students. Faculty are part of ITEC's proposal and its culture.

Institutional team
For those who want to build, from the ground up, an enduring academic institution.
Operations, admissions, infrastructure, finance, development, marketing, institutional relations, technology, student services. Building an institute of this nature requires a multidisciplinary team with matching institutional ambition.
We look for people with initiative, integrity, rigor, and a willingness to take on responsibility in a structure still being built — aware that what we build here will last generations.
