ITEC was conceived by the entrepreneur and philanthropist Cristiano Franco and founded alongside Marcelo Lacerda and Sérgio Pretto (pioneering entrepreneurs of commercial internet in Brazil), Edward Wible (cofounder of Nubank), the Behring Foundation, and the Telles Foundation.

You can take part by funding scholarships, supporting the campus, or contributing to the academic program. Individuals, families, companies, and foundations are welcome.

Scholarships
Coverage of tuition, housing, meals, a living stipend, an institutional laptop, and other academic and socioemotional support. Scholarships are funded by donations and awarded by ITEC, based exclusively on the criteria of the selection process.
Expanding the physical infrastructure
Laboratories, libraries, residences, auditorium, and shared spaces — through permanent, named spaces.
Academic program
Support for professors, curriculum development, and research partnerships, including endowed chairs to sustain academic careers.
